Order FAQ

Will I get an invoice for my order?

A delivery note and an original invoice will be included with each shipment.

Can I get a quote prior to place an order?

Yes, you can. Requests for a quote from EU and non-EU countries need to placed by email including the desired shipping/invoice address and VAT-Id. number if applicable. You will receive a complete offer, showing all net pricing plus handling and shipping as PDF file. In order to place your order you will then need to sign and fax back the printed offer.

Where do you ship to?

We do ship to all countries of the European Union and the following non-EU countries: Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland.

We do NOT ship to Africa, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Russia or the Near East. We have received several online orders from these countries in the past. Every single one was placed using a stolen credit card. We do report stolen credit cards to the card issuing bank immediately and to the proper authorities for further investigation.

How long does it take until I get my order?

All items marked with or are in stock and ship within 1 working day after the receipt of your order and payment. The delivery time to you depends upon your whereabout. We ship small parcels with General Logistic Systems, a parcel service. It takes between 1 and 6 days until the package arrives. Large orders are dispatched with BTG, a freight forwarding company. Here it usually takes 1-4 days until your palette is delivered.

Can I see what the status of my order is?

For small parcels: Once your order is shipped, we supply you with the GLS parcel number. Using that number, you can look up the whereabouts of your package on the GLS website.

Large orders: There is currently no way to track palette shipments.

Can I personally pick up orders from your warehouse in Berlin, Germany?

Yes, you can. However, you will need to order and pay your items first. We process your orders paperwork, pack the items in our warehouse and inform you by e-mail as soon as your box is ready for pick-up. Please notice our office hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (CET +1 h).

VAT Information

The german VAT rate of 19% applies for end consumers in all European Union Countries and companies in Germany.

Shippings to customers in Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Norway are VAT free. Costs for customs clearance, customs and taxes are to be paid by the recipient of the order.

EU companies with valid VAT-Id. can receive VAT-free B2B-shippings. Please indicate your EU VAT-Id. number during the check-out process.
