Will I get an invoice for my order?A delivery note and an original invoice will be included with each shipment. Can I get a quote prior to place an order?Yes, you can. Requests for a quote from EU and non-EU countries need to placed by email including the desired shipping/invoice address and VAT-Id. number if applicable. You will receive a complete offer, showing all net pricing plus handling and shipping as PDF file. In order to place your order you will then need to sign and fax back the printed offer. Where do you ship to?We do ship to all countries of the European Union and the following non-EU countries: Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland. We do NOT ship to Africa, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Russia or the Near East. We have received several online orders from these countries in the past. Every single one was placed using a stolen credit card. We do report stolen credit cards to the card issuing bank immediately and to the proper authorities for further investigation. Can I see what the status of my order is?
Large orders: There is currently no way to track palette shipments. Can I personally pick up orders from your warehouse in Berlin, Germany?Yes, you can. However, you will need to order and pay your items first. We process your orders paperwork, pack the items in our warehouse and inform you by e-mail as soon as your box is ready for pick-up. Please notice our office hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (CET +1 h). |
