Q ABOUT WARRANTYWhat exactly is Peli's Unconditional Guarantee of Excellence?For more than 30 years, Peli’s guarantee has been simple: “You Break It, We Replace It…Forever™” which means that if for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality or performance of the Peli™ product you have purchased, Peli Products will gladly replace the product or refund your money (at your option) within 30 days after the purchase through the original Dealer/Retailer. Peli Products will continue to guarantee the product directly, against breakage or defects in workmanship. This guarantee does not cover the lamp or batteries in lights. The o-rings must be kept greased (and replaced if damaged) per product instructions. (Replace o-rings annually or when damaged.) Any liability, either expressed or implied is limited to replacement of the product. This guarantee is void only if the Peli™ product has been abused beyond normal and sensible wear and tear. The guarantee does not cover shark bite, bear attack and children under five. Where can I send warranty and repair returns?We (W+S Water Safety Europe GmbH) handle all Peli warranty returns and spare part request for original Peli items purchased through this online store (PeliShop.com) directly from our office/warehouse in Berlin, Germany. Please have your customer number (see right upper corner on your invoice) at hand when contacting us. E-mail: warranty@pelishop.com. Phone +49-30-45490571 (Office hours: Mo-Fr 9am-5pm, CET + 1 h) Where can I purchase replacement parts?All availaible original accessories for Peli cases and Peli Lights are listed on the corresponding product pages in the online shop. If you need spare parts for your Peli products which are not listed in the shop, contact us by e-mail. We have a large range of spare parts in our workshop and can surely help you. If you have purchased your Peli product at PeliShop.com, warranty exchanges and spare parts are free of charge for you (except for the shipping costs when returning a product to us).
